JFA is located southeast of the intersection of Sheridan Drive and Evans Street.  Wegmans is steps away and there is even a pathway for residents to take their carts to and from the store and their apartment doors.  Buffalo Medical Group is on the other side and there are restaurants, stores, banks, pharmacies, and the post office nearby.

Rent Assistance is Available

Applicants whose household total annual income does not exceed a Federally mandated amount will receive assistance from HUD.  Rent is 30% of annual income or even less depending on medical expenses.
